Educational purpose and trading risk

Trading futures, options, equities, and other financial products involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all capital. Past performance, demonstrations, examples, and student experiences do not guarantee future results. Users remain solely responsible for decisions and execution.

No managed trading or guaranteed signals

DARKINV does not manage customer brokerage accounts, execute trades for customers, or guarantee profits. Tools and Coach Heads Up messages support education and independent decision-making.

Accounts and acceptable use

Access is personal to the approved user. Credentials and proprietary materials may not be shared, copied, resold, recorded, republished, reverse engineered, or distributed without written permission. Access may be suspended for unauthorized use.

Payments and refunds

Digital access and educational services are subject to the terms shown at purchase. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, payments are final after digital access or services are delivered, subject to applicable law.

Privacy

We may collect names, email addresses, profile information, referral information, account activity, course progress, communications, and technical usage data. Payment details are processed by third parties such as Stripe or Teachable; DARKINV does not store full card numbers. Information is used to provide access, administer courses, communicate, secure the platform, and improve services. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, database, payment, email, video, and course providers. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for services, security, accounting, and legal obligations.

Security and user rights

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is completely secure. Users must protect their passwords. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information may be submitted through the business contact method shown on the website, subject to legal retention requirements.

Intellectual property and liability

DARKINV™, the 3ATM Framework™, Rainbow Engine™, course materials, scorecards, designs, and related systems are proprietary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DARKINV is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, third-party outages, or decisions made from educational content.

Updates and acceptance

Policies may be updated. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. By creating an account, purchasing, or accessing the platform, the user confirms that these terms and the risk disclosure were read and accepted.

DARKINV provides structure—not outcomes. All decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
